Here is our review/ratings guide:

From 8+ to 10+ = GOLD
From 6 to 8    = SILVER
From 3+ to 5+   = BRONZE
From 1 to 3   = BLACK

Well established and reputable operation, solid financial stability, top-notch customer service, competitive lines, and excellent bonuses. No slow or non-paying records.

SILVER: Well established and reputable operation, good financial stability, courteous and polite customer service, somewhat competitive lines and fine bonuses. No non-paying some slow paying records.

BRONZE: Not well established or new in the market, mediocre customer service and risky bonuses. Slow paying records and may report some non-paying ones.

BLACK: Very new to market and/or bad reputation. Poor customer service, mediocre lines, risky bonuses non published financial records. Slow pay or no pay.
